Frustrated
In my role of supporting "users" ... I was trying to walk one user (so-called "best they had in PC skills") through a process on the phone ... (skipping to the fun part)me : Okay... now hit the back space key.
waiting .... in silence ....... & waiting .......
me : What happened when you hit the backspace key?
user sounding near tears : I'm looking on the back of the keyboard and I can't find any space key here!!
me : uh - I'm on my way to your office
(can only imagine how fun it would have been if I had needed to continue "remote" assistance)
